At Pavilions at Pantano, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Sunday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Tucson! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

Our renter's insurance requires the policy to list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the renter's insurance policy at Pavilions at Pantano, please contact our leasing office!

We are equipped for COX as an internet provider.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options, along with an option for a lease break fee. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

At these Tucson apartments, our staff will set up your water, sewer, and trash service, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with Tucson Electric Power (TEP), using their online service at tep.com/im-moving.

Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all other utility fees are the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent. To make things easier, most of these utility charges are billed through the same resident portal you already use to pay rent, so you can manage everything in one place.

When reviewing an application to rent at Pavilions at Pantano, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 2.5 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 5 times the gross market rent.

Past rental qualification is at least 12 months of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

Our property uses NOVA to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Of course! When you schedule a self-guided tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour, whether it is guided or self-guided.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is tucked away in a tranquil, park-like setting just off Speedway Boulevard. If you have questions about noise levels for a specific unit, our leasing team is happy to help!

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

Pavilions at Pantano does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Pavilions at Pantano is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, we have clauses in our lease that set a standard for what acceptable noise levels and behaviors are. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthly parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
